Since being married, I’ve really started to appreciate cookbooks and all of the ideas that you can come up with from them. We do not quite have the kitchen completely renovated yet, but when it’s finished I will most definitely have a shelf to keep all of these books close at hand.
We also decided to start collecting cookbooks from places that we travel to. This started when we picked up our Port Aransas cookbook the weekend we were down there getting married. Our second one came in December when we went to Murfreesboro, Arkansas to dig for diamonds. What better way to remember the places you go then by cooking something unique to that area.
So, here is the beginning of a growing cookbook collection that inspires me.
